Our Mission Statement The Mission of Trinity United Methodist Church Christian School/Child Care Center is to reach out to parents and children of the community without regard to race or creed. The program is designed to meet a variety of needs by supporting the spiritual, mental, emotional, social, and physical growth of the children in a friendly and nurturing Christian atmosphere. TUMCCC offers a safe, clean and attractive environment in which our qualified staff recognizes the special talents and gifts of each child and provides opportunities for the development of his/her fullest potential. Our Staff The personnel of the school provide the key to the quality service rendered to the parents and the children of the community. TUMCCC seeks to recruit the most highly qualified and motivated applicants available. We recognize the importance of both a formal education and work experience as essential qualifications. Employees are encouraged to further their education, obtain professional degrees, and are required to maintain current licensing certification standards. Professionalism is serving our clients with a sense of personal responsibility, open and clear communication and a commitment to the teamwork necessary to get the job done well. Our personnel understand the caring process and its rewards. By reflecting this knowledge throughout the various phases of each child's educational experience, the staff strives to strengthen the confidence of the children and their parents. Our History Trinity United Methodist Church's Child Care Center began as a Mother's Day Out program in 1966. We are highly respected in the Las Vegas community and have added various facets to the program over the years, the latest being a licensed Preschool and Kindergarten. We have been truly blessed by this outreach to children and their families! We welcome new families to participate in our ministry. |
