Within
the pages below you will find the heart and soul of Trinity United Methodist Church -- our
members. Yet the church is more than simply a collection of individuals. We are family --
the family of God -- bound together by our common love for God and for one another. We
celebrate the presence of God in our lives and the love of Christ we encounter in each
other. Like any family, all generations gather together to share and celebrate the special
joys of living -- marriage, the birth of our children, their baptisms, confirmation, their
graduation from eighth grade, high school, and college, birthdays, anniversaries and
personal victories. Through caring and prayer, we reach out to support each other in the
difficult times -- loss of job, divorce, personal crisis, and the death of a loved one.
Through prayer and service we reach out to our community with the love of Christ.
We seek to fulfill our common vision as we “make disciples of Jesus
Christ for the transformation of the world.”
It is our prayer that as we look through the pages of this "family album," we
will be drawn ever closer together by memories of the love we have experienced together
and anticipation of our continued ministry together. Like the apostle Paul, we know that
as a church we "can do all things through Christ who strengthens us."
